Game Modes
This section will cover the three main game modes in star wars battlefront II, capital supremacy, galactic assault and heroes vs villans. These three modes take you to some of the iconic landscapes from the star wars movies and the game does a great job of immersing in theses worlds.
Capital Supremacy
This mode involves the capturing objectives A to E and holding them to aquire points to have a chance to assault the enemy ship when either teams score reaches 100. There are then two phases to the ship assault capture two objectives then destroy the ships engine core to win however if the attacking team fails to complete both objectives in an alloted time then you will return to the ground phase and have to recapture the points until one team reaches 100 score then the ship phase will start again and so on until one team destorys the others ship. This game mode can take ages to play however with a long enough game you can easily get over 200 kills in a game which just isnt possible in any other mode.
Galactic Assault
This mode involves either attacking or defending a planet each map has different objectives to complete for both the attackers and defenders. This mode has you playing out some of the most iconic battles from the star wars movies allowing you to take control of the outcome of those battles. This mode features iconic battles like the battle of Hoth, Kashyyyk and even geonosis making it a very unique experience everytime you play.
Heroes Vs Villans
This mode only allows you to use heroes or villans as you engage in epic combat of the light and dark being able to choose from a huge variety of iconic heroes and villans from the movies you can engage in epic lightsaber duels or stay at a a far and use a blaster hero either way this game mode is great fun and is an excellent oppertunity to use heroes which can be hard to obtain the the other modes mentioned.
